Unfortunately we’re unable to admit you into the theatre based on your response.

If you chose the wrong option or believe you have received this message in error, try following the check-in link in your email again or alternatively please visit the theatre box office on the day of the performance and they will assist you.

If you cannot attend you may be eligible for an exchange on your tickets to an alternative performance. Please contact your point of purchase straightaway and they’ll be able assist you. Requests must be received at least 48 hours before your original performance.

If you bought your tickets in person at the theatre, from nimaxtheatres.com, or via our telephone booking service, please CLICK HERE to complete our exchange form. Alternatively you can contact our Customer Relations team on 0330 333 4815 (10am – 6pm, Monday – Friday) or email us at boxoffice@nimaxtheatres.com.

If you bought your tickets from a ticket agent, tour operator or other website, please contact your point of purchase directly. Their details will appear on your booking confirmation.
