What happens next?

The performance starts promptly at the advertised time on your ticket. Latecomers will not be seated until a suitable break in the performance. Please sit in the seat allocated to you, as detailed on your ticket.

If you opted for e-tickets or print-at-home tickets, they will be emailed to you shortly. These can be displayed on your mobile or smart device for contact-free entry to the theatre.

If you opted to collect your tickets from the box office or don’t have a smart device please visit the theatre box office on the day of the performance.

IF YOUR TICKETS DON’T ARRIVE PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM OR ALTERNATIVELY VISIT THE THEATRE BOX OFFICE ON THE DAY OF THE PERFORMANCE, WHO WILL ASSIST YOU.

Please arrive at your designated entry time and via the door displayed on your ticket.

Please use the hand sanitiser provided as you enter the theatre. Sanitiser can also be found at designated points throughout the building.

All Nimax theatres are sanitised regularly and professionally cleaned.
